Antique decorations, warm & rustic environment

  • Nervetti - veal cartilage. Chewy and gelatinous, textural contrast with soft beans also mixed together. Sauce of olive oil and herbs.
  • Vitello tonato - veal with canned tuna sauce, tied together with olives. Served cold.
  • Ossobucco with risoto milanese - ossobucco was braised in a base of celery and carrots. al dente saffron rice.
  • Bistecca del Magutt - polenta with lots of gorgonzola
  • Grilled endive
