Antique decorations, warm & rustic environment
- Nervetti - veal cartilage. Chewy and gelatinous, textural contrast with soft beans also mixed together. Sauce of olive oil and herbs.
- Vitello tonato - veal with canned tuna sauce, tied together with olives. Served cold.
- Ossobucco with risoto milanese - ossobucco was braised in a base of celery and carrots. al dente saffron rice.
- Bistecca del Magutt - polenta with lots of gorgonzola
